So kind and loving, and what a gift you have given her and your boys.

    • June 13, 2015 at 12:50 pm

I’m going to send a few pictures of the boys painting and hope she can feel, for a second, as if she is here with us instead of there. ♥

    Sweet gesture, sweet pics.

It was so sweet seeing my boys working together, even with all the war paint D ended up adding to J’s face! Hoping someone else might be inspired to send a flower or two of their own. (A is still working on his.)

How is that sweet woman doing? I have been thinking of her often and hoping and praying that when she is released she will somehow make it through okay..

Oh these are so lovely. ❤ 🙂
I didn't know she was allowed to get stuff lie this because I knew previously there were some restrictions. Now that I know I have a few art projects floating around in my head.

I know there are restrictions, but I’m not sure these are included. Either way, I took bunches of pictures to show her later and will explain in text what’s up … so she’ll know they were, and how they came to be. 🙂

She will love them. 😀 I know what you mean too. Her latest letter to me ripped my heart out, froze it, and then hurled it into a wall, shattering it to pieces. I miss her so much and I worry because I know she misses Dave, more than any of us, even as his friends, could possibly know. They were e

That’s exactly how I felt! I didn’t think I could get more tearful about everything, and then I got her last letter and … gah. What you described happened to both readers here.

I asked Anthony if he thought there were a sentence or two OK to include in the post. He said, “I think this one’s for our eyes only.”

It felt cathartic making something. Words travel so little of the distance toward explaining everything I wish I could.

I feel the exact same way. I just can’t wait until she’s home. I feel I’ll have more time to talk and express things to her. I so worry about her day/night. I know she is a fighter, though & somehow I know she is going to be okay.

We looked over the list (http://www.prisontalk.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-88784.html) and decided we’ll send pictures of the flowers–as well as the boys making them–for now, and then give them to her after she’s out.

Thank you for that link, I sent a reply comment but I’m not sure it went through. Sigh. WP has been acting strangely lately.
